In 2024, Nick moved his team into 103 Mercer Street — the oldest building in SoHo. Its terrace overlooks the Judd Foundation, the late Donald Judd’s former residence and studio, now meticulously restored and arguably the most beautiful cast iron facade in the neighborhood. Judd’s minimalist aesthetic has long shaped Nick’s own, and now he and his team work and collaborate daily in the reflection of Judd’s former New York home.
